Ashley Posimato is a Journalism and Adverstising major at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.  She has recently returned from a semester in Florence, Itlay where she studied art, language and Italian culture (“Ho studiato molto, ma ho mangiato piu!”)

Currently a junior, she has been involved in many activities both on and off campus including weekly contributions to Marist’s newspaper, The Circle, creating advertisements for various clubs and organizations, and participating in community service projects on both a local and global level.  She has also been working closely with Campus Housing and Residential Life as a Resident Assistant for the past two years.

Although she is highly dedicated to her education, she is admittedly a television addict and fascinated by and devoted to the entertainment business.  Her interests include magazines, Broadway, big bows, peanut butter, E! News, the Yankees, vegetarianism, anything Italian and anything fashion forward. She is a celebrity at heart–just not yet famous!
