New Hampshire town first to vote

The first Election Day votes were cast and counted this morning and Sen. Obama won in a landslide. In a vote of 15-6 Sen. Obama defeated Sen. McCain in Dixville Notch, NH. Every citizen of Dixville Notch turned out for the election, the Associated Press reported.

  1. I read that article too… and it said that this was the first time in 40 years that the town voted democratic in a presidential election.
