Joe Walsh is a junior at Marist College, majoring in journalism and radio/TV/film. He has contributed pieces for the school paper, The Circle, and recently dabbled in photography for the publication. His combined dual concentration has inspired him to get more involved in conveying news through forms other than text; a.k.a. podcasts and video packages. The Connecticut native hopes to get any semblance of a job after graduating since the journalism industry has recently cut a significant number of jobs.
Brendan Sherwood is a Junior at Marist College majoring in journalism and minoring in writing. He has lived in Asbury, New Jersey his entire life and spends his summers and breaks working at his father’s business, Kadco Ceramics, in Easton, PA doing accounting and some machining. He attended Syracuse University for one year and studied business and economics before transferring to Marist College to study journalism. He hopes to find a job as a news reporter for a print or online newspaper or magazine after graduating. His sister Sarah also attends Marist College and is studying fashion and general sciences.
